I am praying that all is well that they are wanting to see you sooner.

I have liver sarc and they dxd it by a liver biopsy. It was not to bad, by what i remember from almost 8 years ago,, i think they took me to the altrasound area and found my liver by altrasound and put this needle in that had a little almost clipper on the end and snagged a piece of my liver and sent it for biopsy. and I was able to leave after about an hour. It was not all that bad at all. I don't remember if they numbed the area or not.

I got my results in about 2 weeks i think. and they put me on steriods right away. I was on them for about 2 months and they still follow me every 4 weeks with blood tests because i am on chemo but also check my liver function test.

Barb do you have high liver function tests??

hello sarc family

i was supposed to go to cleveland in january,but i was called this morning and they want me to come in on friday the day after christmas!! i am very nervous and not sure what to expect .wish me luck!! by the way ron happy belated b-day .oh yeah how do you find out if you have liver sarcoid? ttys barb
