Guest guest
I tried last summer on our vacation to ride a bike. Couldn't keep my balance at all. It was very depressing. At one time, I was riding my bike a couple of miles a night....I miss that. Debbie CoModerator
Guest guest
Debbie, be sure to check out the photo I sent Greg of me loaded up for my bike trip across the street to WalMart! It's in the photos in my album if you didn't get it in the email. Also a photo of my recumbent trike. Before I got the trike 2 years ago, the only exercise I could do was in water, & I just really missed the experience of walking/riding outside. I have a bike carrier that attaches to my trunk & my trike is light enough that I can lift it up & put it on the carrier, along with another bike. So I can go to nearby parks & ride. The carrier is easy to attach, but I kept forgetting how to do it, so I went back to the bike shop & took photos of the bike guy doing it! He thought it was pretty funny. Now I have a file that has pictures with captions; works for me! Ramblin' RoseModerator A merry heart is good medicine.
