Holly,

Everyone is different of course, but I do well on GSE only if I do a few drops

three times a day and work up from there. OoO I can tolerate the entire

recommended dose really well, but I started low with this too. Same with OLE. I

have never taken garlic perles so I can't help there. If I were you I would

start on low doses of all these things, even opening capsules and dividing them

if needed. I just went through a phase of pushing antifungals hard, I guess I

got a little too ambitious to heal, and am on my 4th day of fasting to recover.

I think when we overdo these things the die-off causes too much inflammation.

I've had a bit of a reaction to. I took one with dinner on Sunday night, and I

recall having 3 stomach pains (followed by gurgling) while I was sleeping late

Monday morning. This kind of freaked me out, because that's the way my bowel

obstructions usually start. My anxiety was also worse, and part of BM was loose

today. Now this site says it's the equivalent of 25 drops!!! (I just checked the

bottle, and it says the same), but I'm certain the site I bought it from (they

don't seem to have it listed now) only said 6 drops (they were either mistaken,

or sent me the wrong bottle).

Even 6 drops is a lot - 25 is insane. GSE is really powerful stuff.

Start on a really low dose - 1-3 drops of GSE and see how you do with that and

work your way up from

there.

This is why the liquid form of antibacterials often works best - you can control

the dosage.

Until you know what you tolerate.
