Guest guest Posted March 25, 2010 Report Share Posted March 25, 2010 I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to since the recipe doesn't seem to call for butter or oil of any kind. That said, she does often use grapeseed oil in place of butter because it has a kind of buttery flavor. Great for folks who don't tolerate dairy!
