Guest guest
Make sure you are getting enough salt in your diet. In our salt-phobic society, we forget that the kidneys & adrenals need salt to work properly. When there is not enough salt in the body, it can't hold any water & if you try to replace the water without adding salt, it just washes more salt out of the system. Dr. explains this very well in his book, " Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress Syndrome " http://www.adrenalfatigue.org/adrenal-fatigue-the-21st-century-stress-syndrome.h\ tml P.S. I found his book much more useful than his website, but that's just me. You may want to check for the book in your library: http://www.worldcat.org/title/adrenal-fatigue-the-21st-century-stress-syndrome/o\ clc/48384997/editions?editionsView=true & referer=di > > > > > > Clear urine is better than cloudy or dark urine.
