Make sure you are getting enough salt in your diet. In our salt-phobic society,

we forget that the kidneys & adrenals need salt to work properly. When there is

not enough salt in the body, it can't hold any water & if you try to replace the

water without adding salt, it just washes more salt out of the system.

Dr. explains this very well in his book,

" Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress Syndrome "
