Anxiously waiting...

I haven't posted in a while because I haven't had much to report.

Tomorrow I have my consult with my oral surgeon to go over the whole

process of surgery and look at my molds, xrays, etc. My big question

is insurance. My OS said that my surgery will be partially covered

but

I don't know how much " partial " is. I really want this surgery but

if

it comes down to my insurance not wanting to cover the majority of

it,

I don't think it will happen. I'm trying to stay positive and not

have

any assumptions before my appointment tomorrow. I'll find out more

specifically regarding the insurance cost afterwards. One of the

office ladies said they can give me an estimate and they could submit

a

pre-authorization to my insurance but it could take up to 6-8 weeks.

Well, I think I'd rather do that then have the surgery and find out

that it will barely be covered. I'm just venting because I know all

of

you have been through this before. I'm just anxious to get my braces

on as the OS and Orthodontist said I'd have them on about 8 months.

Hopefully I'll have some news to report after tomorrow.

I also wanted to thank Diane for asking the general cost question, I

had been wondering that as well.
