Guest guest
So if all I had was a Esophagram, they really can't see much there can they? What is on the film is the esophagus, stomach and upper part of intestine. I can't assume because the stoma looked ok to the surgeon that doesn't mean it's not stretched? He told me my stomach was stretched but couldn't determine how much. I'm wondering if this is enough information for me to think I need a revision. I'm talking about a 2 year old RNY proximal here. Cindy Well, it would definitely show either a SLD or fistula, that I know for a fact, but possibly a trained eye could determine how fast the pouch empties out, too, but certainly a scope would be more accurate for that. in NJ ***************************** >> I don't know if an upper GI would show SLD or fistula.
