Guest guest Posted June 14, 2004 Report Share Posted June 14, 2004 I was put on a walking schedule my first week out from surgery and increasing it each week. I was told that after my 6 week healing time I should start regular exercising. Without exercising you won't lose. You won't be able to tone up the muscle you do have a create muscle that you want. You should of course talk to your surgeon for their exercise programs and timetables.
