Hey!

I am 2 week post op from a Le Forte. I haven't been able to use a

straw yet! I have zippies on order ( my mom bought 10). Who knows

if I'll be able to use them?? I have been eating from a syringe that

the dr sent home with me. I only have two. One is a regular one and

the other has an attachment to put in the corner of my mouth. I

dribble every time I use them so now I just bring a wash cloth or

paper towel with me when I get my drinks. I really think it sucks

and just want a straw! I tried a straw but only some comes through.

The worst thing is it takes forever and after2-3 syringe fulls I'm

ready to quit! Maybe the zippies would be better. Honestly the

amount you buy depends on how often you want to wash them!! Good Luck.

Laughing still... I just can't get over drinking through my teeth!

On one side I think hmm an alternative to flossing and who needs a

wter pik, on the other hand I'm thinking... I am drinking through my

teeth!

bad.
