Guest guest
Hi- We are on a sugar free diet GF diet for yeast overgrowth, and my husband has been using Splenda (I have been using Sweet-N-Low). I saw someone mentioned here not to use Splenda. What is wrong with it? Just need some info or a link. Guest guest
Splenda is an excellent product. It is made from sugar but has been approved by the Diabetic association. That is all I use now, it is so easy to bake with, it is not quite as sweet as sugar but taste better to me LOL.
