I am 19 mos out. Two weeks after surgery, I could eat 12 oz with ease. If I

don't limit myself -- use my own willpower and not rely on the pouch to limit

me -- I can eat 3 or 4 times that much. The weight I've lost has never been

due to restriction from the pouch; only from malabsorption and willpower. And

I haven't lost an ounce for the past 8 or 9 months.
