Vitalady has a powder you can mix with anything coffee, water, spoon on your

cereal. It has no taste and is the only way my spouse will take it because he

gags on the horse pills.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think calcium phosphate is the kind that helps

keep healthy bone density. And without knowing how MUCH vit A palmitate and

D3, it's hard to say if you'd be going over the limit, depending on how much

you're getting in other things.

I tried it. The taste and consistency were modified, oh so slightly,

but I sure didn't like it. --Steve
