Guest guest
I have had pain with my tail bone and when I asked my Dr. about it she actually said that I was the first one to complain about that as far as she's heard and that her thought is that there isn't much muscle there to support the tailbone and so when sitting it can be painful. Her suggestion was to try to do leg lifts and build the buttock muscle to help to support the tailbone. I left her office thinking she was full of you know what. I can't believe that she's never heard that complaint before, she's with Surgilite and they are very big and all over California at least. Anyhow, my pain has lessened over time, but never have heard of a legitimate reason as to why this seems to be primarily in women.
