1 wk post op upper jaw surgery

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to post an update. Went to an OS appt. today, and he

took the splint out!! YAY!!! It was a little scary cause my mouth

was sore, but what a total difference.

I thought that I would be banded today, but they said that my bite

was o.k. so far, and I didn't need to be.

And I can eat some soft foods- I've been upgraded to a non-chew

diet....so I guess whatever I can swallow whole, I'll be able to

eat.....YAY!
