Guest guest
My body hasn't been digesting veggies well (except for the squashes) for about 3 months now. I have no symptoms from the foods (no gas, no pains, no bloat), they just show up in the stool not completely digested. I mash them up good with a fork before eating, and have even tried taking enzymes, but no dice. Do I quit eating them, or just forge ahead? I do okay with fruit, even the occasional bit of raw apple. So it's just weird that my body was fine with these veggies from day 1 of SCD and then just up and decided to quit digesting them. Thanks for any advice you have! Guest guest
Holly, I don't know why this is happening. You might try pureeing the veggies and then making them into a soufle or soup for a while. PJ > > My body hasn't been digesting veggies well (except for the squashes) for about 3 months now. Guest guest
Undigested food is a sign of yeast around here. > > > > My body hasn't been digesting veggies well (except for the squashes) for about 3 months now.
