Guest guest
Hi everyone, I don't get to read all the posts, no time! As the weight comes off, the energy level rises, and other things keep me busy. I do want to share something else for arthritis (remember me and Syn-flex liquid glucosamine?). I just bought a pair of Z-Coil shoes about 3 weeks ago. Check them out in your area. They are a bit pricey (mine were $159.00 her in AK) but I have given away 4 pair of shoes in the past year that I paid more than 40 dollars a pair for, and couldn't wear after the first 3 days. I call this a find. Anyway-the heels are spring coils and they greatly reduce the impact when you walk. I got used to them in about 3 days, and LOVE them! I have had knee surgery, and both knees are arthritic. I have lower back problems too-and neither problem disappears, only improves, with weight loss. These shoes are amazing. I even put my prescription orthotics aside because these shoes are so well built and they really correct my " walk " . Just thought I would share. When my feet and joints hurt-I am a bear!!
