I am a bit confused here…

I guess SCD yogurt has bulgaricus and thermophilus in it.. Does it

also have Lactobacillus acidophilus as well OR we should get it by other means?

Since Yogurt has more than just acidophilus in it, what is the

supplement of choice that I could take with me on long trips? Or, to supplement

with when I am trying to cut dairy out for a while?

acidophilus - and maybe sauerkraut or kimchee (if you can find a

legal one)

or s. boulardii.

The other two strains are yogurt making strains and, I believe,

are not in supplements.

I think it's bulcaricus and thermophilus. THey're necessary

for making yogurt, but they just go right through you. I don't think they

implant at all. So I wouldn't worry about getting those in supplements.

Sauerkraut would probably give you some really good stuff though.
