It probably needs just a bit more salt, but I'm trying to reduce that all around. The homemade broth is where it's at. The broth was so flavorful. I'm sure you are well versed at making veggie broth for things and I'm sure it's very tasty too. I don't cook with leeks much so I don't know what flavor they lend to the soup. The asparagus is the most prominent flavor. Haha... so much for a diet soup. I add a tbs of butter in each much I heat up.
