Guest guest
I know of someone who took 5-10 lbs of fat and placed it in a ziploc baggy. She sent it along with her letter and request for an appeal. In her letter she wrote please consider this surgery to be for reconstruction and not for appearances. If you have any doubt, please strap on this wad of fat to you underarm and see how it feels walking around with it for just one day. Unless to say, they approved the reconstruction on her arms and thighs. Her insurance carrier was BC/BS PA. Eileen Re: questions abou skin after losing weight????????????
