Guest guest
yes, it's safe to do with stones. that's really what it's intended for. it should flush them. I don't know what a calcified stone is. You should really, really check out the book Healing with Whole Foods by Pitchford, pg. 322-323 there is a lot of information and a full description and directions. Sorry, if I were healthier I would make an attempt to type it all up for you best, What is a gallbladder dextox? Is it safe to do it with stones/calcified stones? Guest guest
OMG Darlene - Congratulations on being a NON-SMOKER!!!!! I want to quit, but the more I think about quiting the more nervous I get and the more I smoke! Arggggh - it's so irrational! My hat's off to you for a major accomplishment!!!!! I am, in fact, on Day 2 of a liver cleanse, drinking lots of apple cider and water with Celtic sea salt, plus I am having daily sauna treatments in my sister's far infrared sauna. I just quit smoking and am hoping this will lighten the load on all my organs, especially my liver and adrenals. Guest guest
Well , I have quit a zillion times. I only started around 15 years ago as opposed to 'been a smoker since I was 15" but still 15 years is a long time, with periods in between where I would quit briefly then start up. I started smoking to begin with due to the immensely stressful marriage I was in and chronic pain/fatigue 24/7 for many years. My life hardly seemed worth living I felt so stuck and I didn't know where to leave myself for the despair. I figured what the hell, I already feel like death warmed over, I may as well be bad and have some fun! So now every time I wanted to stop and the pain/fatigue would intensify I would reach for my drug of choice - cigarettes. I'm crossing my fingers that the 'schizophrenia" over smoking won't overtake me again! Yeah, I know it's totally irational. But when you're in so much pain and unable to be active, you reach a point where you don't care (to put it politely). Guest guest
Actually, one of my small incisions is still a little puffy, and itches some. A friend told me they can inject a scar with hydrocortisone (I think) and it will shrink up to nothing. Her husband showed off his scar from major heart surgery. The top half was barely noticeable, while the bottom half (which he didn't have done yet) was wide and puffy. Is the armour thyroid working for you? That's the only dessicated thyroid that my insurance covers, but I've heard that a lot of people are unhappy with it these days (a formula change, I guess). I'm going to get my saliva tested sometime in April. Hopefully once I get this thyroid and adrenal business taken care of, I'll be out there kicking butt like you've been ;-). It helps. > I also make sure to use a himalayan salt water solution and a micro dosage of kelp derived iodine (illegal) daily for my thyroid- which has been great for the adrenal stuff including a micro dose of DHEA and I use armour thyroid as well. Now, I am working on this sleep apnea stuff but really it's the mind body work that has been pivotal. > > In my case it's years of dis-ease, medications, emotional garbage and horrific dietary choices that have caused this avalanche of stuff.
