So I just found out I've been transferred to Kaiser Richmond instead of

SSF. Since I wasn't going through Richmond I never really paid

attention on how they work. Can anyone share their experience going

through Richmond? Also..do they seem to be moving people through

quicker? Anyone know their requirements? All info is greatly appreciated!

Hi Connie, I was also transferred to Richmond in February. They are very nice but they are a bit more strict. At SSF I had met my goal, was scheduled for all my classes within the same month and was put on the cancellation list. Then when I was transferred to Richmond, I had to lose 10 lbs more, and attend more classes. I have completed all of their requirements and am scheduled for surgery on the 10th, of May. The experience has not been bad but it did kinda feel like I had to start all over again. Hopefully it will go quicker for you. I've also been transferred from SSF to Richmond. I haven't heard much about it and I really don't mind that it could take longer or they could be more strict (I kinda need that strictness) and I need all this time to get my ducks in a row so to speak. I've been doing the program off and on for about a year now and I am finally getting back into it all again. I just hope that once I do lose the required amount of weight set for me that things will go a little quicker. If anyone out there can offer a bit of help as far as looking forward to going through Richmond that would be very nice. Thanks! Love, Jenn i a wrote: Hi Connie,
