HI Damaris,

Depending on where you are going you will probably want to wait until orientation before you start on the 10% . They use your weight at orientation as you starting point usually. The best and safest way to lose the weight is to follow the 1200 calorie meal plan that you will get in your binder. Drink your 64 OZ a day of water and start to exercise. If you do all three you will be on your way to success in no time.

me start losing the wt now.........i am going to fremont on may 20th...
