Guest guest
Depends. If you have a short answer (like this one), it's easier to read if you reply at the top. If you're responding to multiple parts of the message, here's what you do (read in between parts of your message): At 15:43 04/26/2006, you wrote: >when i reply to someone which is a good idea > do i answer on the top or go to the bottom? more response >thanks everyone for your support any time > and my orientation is in Fremont I've heard really good things about them! >...hugs,dama Hugs back atcha! Guest guest
Hi Eleanor, I saw your stats and I was right at 313 on orientation day (this time around) but because I started a year and 1/2 ago at a lower weight, I will have to lose 65 lbs. before I get my surgery date. Kaiser's goal for me is 250, I'm going to 245 - and I kinda hope by then I'll have such a habit and groove goin' that I decide against surgery and just keep going on my own. You see, I'm a big chicken (there's another one of those "food" terms). Keeping it off is the trick so I guess realistically surgery is in the picture for me. Sherri Eleanor Oster wrote: Depends.
