Depends. If you have a short answer (like this

one), it's easier to read if you reply at the

top. If you're responding to multiple parts of

the message, here's what you do (read in between parts of your message):

Hi Eleanor, I saw your stats and I was right at 313 on orientation day (this time around) but because I started a year and 1/2 ago at a lower weight, I will have to lose 65 lbs. before I get my surgery date. Kaiser's goal for me is 250, I'm going to 245 - and I kinda hope by then I'll have such a habit and groove goin' that I decide against surgery and just keep going on my own. You see, I'm a big chicken (there's another one of those "food" terms). Keeping it off is the trick so I guess realistically surgery is in the picture for me. Sherri Eleanor Oster wrote: Depends.
