Hi Sherri

you said in one of you messages

I don't want to invest the time when I would normally be doing projects. But at this point, I have to invest the time - it's my life.

I think at this point in our lives we really do need to realize that we do need to invest that time in doing that walk or getting to the gym. If we have taken the time out in the beginning to take better care of our bodies we would not be where we are at this point in our lives. We are worth that time that we take away from our normal routine of doing for others and caring for others. It is time to show some love and tenderness to yourself and get some exercise so you can be that healthier person. When that happens a lot of other things just start to fall into place and it is all so worth the time that you take away from your busy schedule. You don't need to start out with a mile walk. It can be a 5 minute walk if you are limited in movement and then the next day a ten minute then gradually build up your time. You can get a couple of 2 pound weights and use them to build up some arm muscle. The important part is that you need to take out some time for you because you are worth it. We are all worth it.

Ramona, Thanks for the pep talk. I really need support - especially around exercise. And, I've passed this legacy of non-movement down to my kids. I don't want my grandsons to inherit it as well. I start walking today! I'd say "tomorrow" but it always seems to be just a day away.
