Hi All!

Yes! I have a Great Therapist!

But I live in Sacramento/Carmichael area.

Here is her business card if anyone would like to see a Great therapist in the Sacramento area.

She's been my Therapist for approx. 7 months now. I have

an Autistic son who is almost 4, so I get to see her free

from the county. She has a regular practice too. I have no

idea what she charges per hour.

She's never been over-weight BUT she's had quite a life and she knows a lot about all of the latest therapy techniques and

she talks a lot to me about what I am afraid of and getting to

put some boundaries into place for me. It's a long, long road out of this over-eating hell.
