Guest guest
I just moved out state where my son's treatments were being done, and I am now in a new city with new doctors who are doing things I am not used to. Back home I was lookin for the doctor in Iowa ( who invented the DBB. ) I had contact with him onece and then lost him. Is there anyone here that can help me with this? I am close to Iowa now and don't mind the drive to see him, but I need to talk to him and see if I should trust the doctor I have for him now. Also has anyone heard of Botox shots for kids? I have seen it on the discovery channel, but haven't seen a child with clubfoot get it done. I thank anyone for any help here. I will tell more about me and my family when I have more time. And I thank you all for letting me and my son join the group. A lost mom, B
Guest guest
Hi , welcome to the group. I'm fairly new here myself but I wanted to tell you that my son had Botox injections twice in each Achilles tendon and there was little to no effect. If you want to email me privately, I can give you the whole saga, but suffice it to say that I just started seeing a properly Ponseti trained doctor two weeks ago and things are looking much better for Hayden. I wish you luck on your and your son's journey. > > I just moved out state where my son's treatments were being done, and > I am now in a new city with new doctors who are doing things I am not > used to.
