I can't help you with the website you requested, but yes, you can use rice-free potato-free bread recipes. In Bette's The Gluten Free Gourmet Cooks Fast and Healthy, she first introduced bean flour recipes. She often used a three part blend, 1/3 each of bean flour, tapioca flour, and cornstarch or arrowroot flour. I also have a copy of her book The Gluten Free Gourmet Bakes Bread, and she has more bean flour blends and recipes in that. Hope this helps.
