Guest guest
I've ordered shoes both ways, by measurements and by foam imprint, I'm sure with measurements they can make a shoe to fit. They're kind of hard to reach, have you tried to call? I think the no. is 877-Ponseti. s. 's shoes Hello, I have just ordered the 's shoes and I provided all the measures requested (by Jean): I have just read about the kit that they provide in order to have the correct feet measures and, in all our correspondence, they have never mentioned that. I am getting confused: I sent an email some days ago concerning this issue, but no reply yet. Can anybody help about this matter? Guest guest
I would call directly. Sorry I don't have the number with me. My computer crashed so I am currently at the library. Someone on this site should be able to post it. Also, I would think they would still be able to get the right shoe fit from measurements you gave. Maybe they were trying to speed up the process slightly rather than sending an impression kit. Please don't get too upset about the nonresponse from email. I think they are a little 'old-school' over there and don't get to the computer everday. Many times it is easier to give him a call. luciana_venturin wrote: Hello, I have just ordered the 's shoes and I provided all the measures requested (by Jean): I have just read about the kit that they provide in order to have the correct feet measures and, in all our correspondence, they have never mentioned that.
