Guest guest Posted July 11, 2001 Report Share Posted July 11, 2001 I know recently there was some discussion on using ghee, but I had to delete alot of the digests. Is ghee okay? I used to make it all the time, and feel that it was ok -- I think I read about having to be careful about something in it---does the process eliminate the casein if it's done right?? How do you do it right? I'm making a birthday cake today and -- H E L P !!
