Guest guest
I know that we have discussed " funny " looking toes before but wanted to ask any way. My daughter has her big toe kinda pointing in. Not her foot, but it kinda looks funny. All her toes look kinda curvy but her big toe is more than the rest. Does this make sense? I am about to send her impression kit back to the s to order the next larger size. But, I was thinking her toe was doing this b/c her shoes are too small already and they stick out farther than her shoes. I have been trying to get her insurance to pay for her shoes and it has literally taken weeks of phone calls, faxes, messages, that is why i have not got her her shoes ordered sooner. And her foot has grown since. Any info on these curvy toes would be soo appreciated. I guess I just want peace of mind to know that she is NOT relapsing. and BL CF 12/16/
Guest guest
Hi, Apparently the big toes like to pull the foot back around our doc told us to run our fingers up the outside of Jasper¹s feet (from little toe to ankle) like a tickle to trigger a reflex which flexes the foot out. As soon he was out of 23/7 wear we would do this often when his feet were free. But their toes do change as they grow older, I guess as they grow bigger they are constantly shaped by the shoes to straighten out. Also, don¹t worry yourself too much, non CF babies have all types of funny baby feet too! Tamsin > I know that we have discussed " funny " looking toes before but wanted > to ask any way.
