I think the DO is crazy, quite frankly. I have done a lot of research and have

NEVER come up with anything that said that helmets cause behavioral issues. My

son for one, is the same boy he's always been, no different at all. But I've run

into parents with older children that had been in a helmet and they didn't

report any behavioral issues. Not to mention two of our moderators have older

children who have been out of multiple helmets for years, and have no abnormal

behavior issues. Plus, Cranial Tech and all the other helmet companies have been

doing this stuff for 15+ years, I think we'd have heard of any long term

behavior issues by now.

Conversely, I've known a lot of kids that DIDN'T wear helmets and have

outrageous behavior issues, so really, I would think twice about seeing this DO

again. IMO, he's off his rocker.

has noticed behavioral problems in their children?

I agree with . Both of my girls wore DOC Bands. They are now 5 1/2 and 3

1/2. They have no abnormal behavior issues. They both act like typical kids

for their age.
