Guest guest
Hi listmates, We have just started seeing a DAN doctor, and had the elisa food sensitivity test done. The results puzzle me - he has 18 foods listed, including 4 or 5 that we eat frequently, and some that we never eat. Only one was a +3. The rest were all +1 or +2. ly, I am perplexed, because aside from wheat and milk, I don't see any reaction whatsoever when my son has these foods, even the high one. I am feeling that this is a bogus test and am reluctant to jump through the hoops of implementing a strict rotation diet on top of GFCF and all the other stuff we do. I just feel like I'd rather deal with the REAL issues than put energy into this. I am suspecting yeast and heavy metals, but we don't have those results yet. I am also wondering, if these food concerns ARE genuine, whether they could be resolved some other way, such as chelation or enzymes. Anybody with experience on this? in FL
