Its a complicated thing, anc can be caused by anything from sodium shifts to carbohydrate issues. Two pounds is NOT an alarming shift. It's normal body ebb and flow!! Dont worry honey, you're not gaining. BTW, I use Fiber Choice and it has made my stools " pre-op " normal. Less gas, and stools are less stinky. I LOVE it!!
