Guest guest
hello again: Remember me? I called Dr. Ponseti to ask him about the 's shoes and he said the same thing. He said didn't need them anymore, that I could place a pair of boots or shoes in the brace. I am very confused, specially because I don´t want him to have a relapse because of me picking up the wrong shoes. I told him I could get the 's because my brother will be in San Diego in January. But he specifically said my son didn´t need those. why? He is only 18 months. It wont be easy to find the right shoes for every three months! He broke the two pairs of 's he has worn, actually I left him the first pair at our last appointment and he told to make the holes in the back a little smaller... I don't want to have another relapse, It is very expensive to go to Iowa City from here and I am a little bit scared. Any advise? Please help mom of (RCF, 18 months) PS.... Sorry if I make spelling or grammar mistakes -- ___________________________________________________ Play 100s of games for FREE! http://games.mail.com/
Guest guest
Hi , would the Markell straight last shoes be an option for you? If Dr. Ponseti says that he dosen't 'need' the 's anymore, could he not go into the Markell's? Would be much easier for you than trying to modify a pair of 'regular' shoes! Sorry I can't be of more help! & Grace > > hello again: > > Remember me? I called Dr. Ponseti to ask him about the 's shoes and he said the same thing. Guest guest
- your spelling and grammar are just fine I wonder if you have considered using the Markell Shoe / Bar instead of trying to create your own with a bar and pair of regular shoes. The markells are much more durable in my opinion than the s and come in larger sizes too I believe. Not all that expensive, either in the scheme of things. It seems if Dr. P is suggesting you use shoes on a bar, the Markells would ensure you had a good system as they are built for cf correction purposes. Truthfully I am a bit confused about Dr. Ponseti's statements also. shawnee hello again hello again: Remember me? I called Dr. Ponseti to ask him about the 's shoes and he said the same thing.
