Hi Connie.........

No, you did not delete anything! :-) I was wondering the same

thing. With nearly 600 people now, you would think there would be a

few messages at least! :-) I am hoping people are busy -- not sick!

I have been sick again for awhile and with my pinched nerve in my

wrist and elbow, I am not able to type much. However, I had decided

to send a note to the list tonight and then I found your message! :-)

Just hang in there...........we will get better eventually. I check the

list several times a day and will be posting more as my arm gets better.

We are hoping there will be NO surgery, but ...........Doc is not very

hopeful for that........:-)

im here just recovering from an infusaport surgery! i was also just diagnosed with hemidystonia. hope all is well with everyone .~~~~barb

I'm just coming down off a pred change and I am wired for sound. I haven't bitten anyone though (yet). I hope you are all well. I worry when it gets too still.

Darlene, I'm so sorry your arm isn't better yet. I will be praying those nerves get back where they belong. As ornery as a person's elbow is when they hit their (not so) funny bone, I can only imagine how bad yours must feel.

They don't think any of the conservative methods will help it?

Hope your recovery is coming along better than expected. I'm sorry about the new diagnosis, the last thing any of us want to hear is a new diflugalty. If my parents had bought me at Sears, I'd take me back for a total replacement; everytime I turn around something else is trying to tear up.

OK now I know my short term memory is gone. I have great news, my 2 week old grandson just came home from NICU Saturday. He wasn't due until 9/19/09, but God was so good. No one know that he had the cord wrapped so tight around his neck, they had to stop the birth, try and get their fingers under it where they could cut it. It had stretched so tight, it was about half the size it should be, and he was so limp his shoulders had drooped back. He was unconscious and grey, but they had a great team, and he is doing great. He would have been huge had he been term, as early as he was he weighed 5 lbs 12 oz and was 19 inches long - 2 weeks later he gained all his weight back plus some. He's 6 lbs and 2

Speaking of grandchildren, I'm a "nonnie" again. My little man came home from the NICU Saturday. He is 2 weeks old, he wasn't due until 9/19/09. I will try to send a picture later if you like. He is such a cutie, I call him the electric peach. He has fine blonde hair, that sticks up like he's been to close to a static ball.

Thank God for taking care of our little ones in time of need.

Thank God for grandchildren for they are our future.

Thank God for Moms for they are the caregivers of the future

And Thank God for Grandparents because they started it all.

And don't we make beautiful, wonderful grandchildren.
