Is there a special reason why you need to have compound

vitamins made rather than taking the regular OTC vitamins many

others have talked about?

I ask the same question....

we only take 2 prenatals a day ($4.96 bottle of 100 at wal mart)

6 citracal tabs a day (120 per bottle at wal mart for $9.96)

and one ADEK per day as added precaution......$13 for bottle of 60 at the

cystic fibrosis foundation......

none of these add up to 200 a month!
