Gluten-free " at the top of the lable, so I guess that about says it all. Perhaps their old version was not. It's Lundberg Family Farms. > using c and h ??? pure brown sugar with no problems. I'd still be curious to hear from others out there about Turbinado and Succanat and what the differences/benefits may be. It's all " greek " to me.........
