Mainly for Texans - Taco Cabana info

I'm so excited we can eat at our most frequented restaurant again, with only

minor changes! I called Taco Cabana today and found out that their refried

beans, spanish rice, chicken flameante and grilled chicken and beef fajita meats

are all GFCF! I was disappointed that there is a small chance of cross

contamination with the corn tortillas, but we'll probably try them anyway and

see if we notice a problem.

If anyone needs to call them, I talked to Amy and she was very nice, helpful,

and knowledgeable about the products. I can give you her number if anyone needs

it.
