You have to remember that partof the way we can eat is caused by the

malabsorbing....if we ate the same before surgery we'd not necessarily lose

weight. ~~* AJ *~~

Thank you for stating this, I have exactly that problem, nomatter what or

how much I eat, I do not lose weight, due to malapsorption and also my meds

react differently as well. It takes two - even 4 days for xenical to go

through my system, the amount of pain killers and antibiotics I have to use

is much different from a healthy person.
