Guest guest
Actually there is a very very fine bariatric surgery book out there now which was just released. It goes through all the procedures, including the DS, in a balanced presentation. Check out the site www.obesitysurgerybook.com for more information. It was done by Woodward, a bariatric practice manager. (And for those who may be concerned about such things, while I did help edit the insurance approval portion of the book, I have no financial interest in it so my recommendation is not in any way based on that.) Hope that helps some folks out there. Take care.
