Guest guest
Hi, My son's DHPPA level from the organic acid test came back as 1074 (with 0-150 being normal). I gather that DHPPA is a toxin cast off from Clostridium bacteria and is commonly associated with antibiotics destroying the normal bacterial balance in the body. Firstly, my son has never been on antibiotics. Where did this nasty colony of Clostridia come from? Or can the DHPPA be caused by something else? Secondly, after being treated with Kirkman's ProCulture Gold for two months (40 billion per day) with accompanying SCFOS, and being retested, the DHPPA had dropped only to 726, which was surprising to my DAN doctor. Anybody out there with similar experiences or ideas on how to get that DHPPA down? Thanks so much, Debbie
