Hi Sue, Wow! so we have approximately the same starting wt. I read in another post you have already lost ten lbs.!! FANTASTIC!! Keep up the good work and you will be in surgery before you know it. The Starbuck's Latte is a good milk serving on the 1200. I can do that-even a tall helps. I am only 5'4" so a little shorter. Do they also set a ending goal wt for you? It has been a long time since I was a normal weight so I don't even know what that looks like. When I got married almost 36 years ago I weighed 115. I know I will never see that again and that's okay. I want to just weigh less than my hubbie. Keep me updated. calsnoozie wrote: Hi - guess

what - my 10% weight loss goal is 27 lbs as well (I am 5'7")!! My PCP did a whole bunch of labs before she sent in the referral. I am still having my morning Latte "fix" from Starbucks (now only a tall and of course nonfat) and will switch to decaf in another 1.5 weeks. I am now ordering it "extra hot" so the drink will last longer. Since I am allowed 2 milks servings a day as part of the 1200 calorie plan, I will continue to count this as part of my milk servings until I stop losing weight. I also had to give up my daily "Classic Coffee Cake" (yes - this was my breakfast..). During the Richmond Orientation - Liz, the case manager, made it clear that our official weight is documented on the day of Orientation - so please make sure you double check this with the Bariatric Department if you end up going through Richmond. Have a nice evening! Sue from Vacaville >

Yeah I know what you mean. I have not seen under 200 for 30 years, since my youngest son was born. Sad Huh? Keep in touch.calsnoozie wrote: Hi ,I haven't discussed my end goal weight yet. I assume this takes during the surgery consult (I should have this in approx 4-5 weeks). If they go by just BMI readings, I would need to get down to the 140's to be in the "healthy range". I can't even visualize this. The lightest I can remember being in 180.Take care,Sue from Vacaville> > > > > Hi ,> > > > > > Sorry it took me a few days to respond to your> > > questions...
