Guest guest
Hi, A friend of mine (really) called me yesterday and told me that her 6 year old son (not diagnosed, but definitely has some developmental delay/possible autistic spectrum) had a seizure. This was the first one and they took him to the ER and the doctor told them that it was an episodal seizure and there was no reason to believe that he would have another one. Does anyone know about seizures, and can you tell me what you would do next? My friend doesn't know what to do. My son has autism but has never had a seizure so I'm no expert here. Is there anything she can do nutritionally to decrease any chance of another seizure? Should she see a neurologist? Thanks for your help, Liberty
