still new with lots of questions

I'm still confused and worried about this diet. Well, not so much the diet

itself, but other things involved with it. I just heard something about the

possibility of anaphylactic shock if foods are eaten that the person is

allergic to. Does this include our kids on the GFCF diet? Has anyone ever

had this problem or concern? Or am I just being paranoid? Please can someone

answer these questions?
