Guest guest
Hello all! My name is Tara and right now im in the referral stage...hopefully that will change this november as I have found a new pcp that is wls friendly.Im keeping my fingers crossed! I have been researching DS for a little while now and think this maybe the surgery for me but I have a couple of concerns and was hoping that someone could answer some questions for me. First of all what is your daily food intake like? What is the average weight loss like? I have herd that with this surgery you tend to lose slower but im curious as to how much slower? I have about 100 pounds to lose. Also whats up with the diarehha? Is it food triggered to where if you dont eat certain things your alright or is it all the time? I have had IBS since i had my gullbladder removed which I swear is just like ive herd others describe dumping so I cant eat greasy foods anyway,I think my biggest problem with my food intake right no is MILK! I am a milkaholic! Also was curious if the weight does come off a little slower does that make it easier for your skin shrink ? Im sorry for asking so many questions but its nice to finally fine real people that have had this surgery and know the ins and outs along with the good and the bad.And so much better then reading some information package from a dr! Thank you . Tara
