Guest guest
How about an extra option: o None of the above At least I wasn't ill or took anything or smoked or drank at all during my pregnancy. The only thing I can think of might have had an affect is that I didn't know that I was supposed to take folic acid so I didn't take that either... (and keep wondering if that would have made a difference). Cheers, with (3y) and Alister (3y, RCF, Ponseti method, UK) --- nosurgery4clubfoot wrote: > > Enter your vote today! With my first I didn't have anything, not even an aspirin, and i didn't drink or smoke. With my second (who also has sb) I had some medication when I was really sick in the first trimester, but it wasn't antibiotics. As for the folic acid, were you taking a multi or a prenatal? Those would have had fa in it. I was taking fa supplements before I became pregnant with Grant, and he has sb. Folic acid does make a difference, and I encourage all of us on here to take it, but it isn't a cure-all. I didn't take anything at all, no vitamins, nothing (mainly living of pizzas and chocolate...). What a shame that the folic acid didn't help with the sb for you... Guest guest
can we break this up or make another poll to handle those of us who have docs that would have reduced us before we actually did reduce? many of us are in this situation and can't answer this accurately because of that. And like some others in similar situations, we're bracing at this moment long after the doc would have had us discard the FAB entirely. Darbi is over a year past that point and has at least one more to go. Her doc is playing along with us but I'm sure he thinks I'm nuts. We would have been at nights and naps at 6 months if it were up to her doctor. As it was she didn't go to 12-14hr/d (which is what I consider nights only) till after 13mo's even though she walked at 10.5. Because she walked so early I kept her braced till around the normal time a baby walks to make sure she got her full time in. don't know how exactly to word the poll or make choices but I thought I'd throw that out there for consideration. kori At 09:45 AM 2/21/2006, you wrote: >Enter your vote today!
