HI Martha,

First of all congratulations to both you and Tim on your upcoming Nuptials.

Your message rang so true to me as I read it. I like, like have been struggling for a while with a weight gain. I am 3 years 4 months out and I lost 154 pounds. About 2 years ago I slowly gained back 25 pounds. I have been working on these issues with my therapist of these negative thoughts and destructive behaviors. It is so true that we have years of training and bad habits that need to dealt with. As long as I remain in that type of thought pattern I will never get to a weight that will make me truly feel successful. While I know that I deserve to get to my goal weight when I get into my negative way of thinking it seems so unattainable. My therapist has given me some good tools to use and help stay focused.

I have printed out your message and will frame it to remind me also how to stay focused.
