Hi ,

I haven't discussed my end goal weight yet. I assume this takes

during the surgery consult (I should have this in approx 4-5 weeks).

If they go by just BMI readings, I would need to get down to the

140's to be in the " healthy range " . I can't even visualize this.

The lightest I can remember being in 180.
