Guest guest
There is a good severity assessment chart available on Cranial Tech's website. I like it because it shows just a head shape and it's easy to see the differences, whereas photos have a bunch of factors that make it sometimes harder to see what you're looking at (i.e. lighting, hair, angles, etc.). You can find the plagio chart on this page: http://www.cranialtech.com/medicalinfo/identifyplagio.html My son was borderline moderate/severe and is in the Older Plagio babies folder under Jake W. In other words, what does mild look like, what does moderate look like, what does severe look like? None of the pictures I can find are labeled that way. Any suggestions? Can anyone point me towards their baby's photo and tell what category they fall into? Thanks for your time! >

Guest guest
NIcole, Thanks for sharing the link. It makes me feel better about 's head. She is clearly either between a 0 and a 1 or a 1 for all of the views. I take that as meaning that she's no worse off than "mild" even though her number says otherwise (for a girl). I think that when we started she was a 2 for all of the views. So, even though she only improved 2.8 percentage points at that one 2-dimensional slice of her head, we clearly had excellent improvement overall. I'm so glad that we did the band. , mom to , 20.5 months STARband grad 05/11/09 after 25 weeks land Re: mild-mod-severe photos?
