Anyone else start off with 20hrs a day?

I know I've asked this in the past, but never really got any responses... Dr

Ponseti put

in the brace 20/7 right out of the tenotomy casts, and I have always

been wondering

if anyone else had the same (or similar) experience? As luck would have it, I

still haven't

given him the full 4 hours a day out of the brace--in part due to my paranoia

and also due to

the fact he sleeps so much during the day that I can't keep the brace off for a

good period of

time. He usually gets one hour first thing in the morning and one to 1.5 hours

in the eve

before bedtime. Beyond that, it seems I take it off and he starts getting

sleepy, so I put it

back on rather than risk having it off too long while he sleeps or having to

wake him up to

put it back on. (NEVER wake a sleeping baby, right?!?) lol

Just curious what the veteran mommies have to say about this. We go back in

March for the

3 mo follow up. I'll probably keep on the current schedule (1+1 hours) until

then, when I'll

ask him why he decided to start lower than the standard 23/7.
